These meditations were originally created to flow with the cycles of the moon. This 12-week meditation series will walk the listener through the 12 body systems... one system per week.

You can choose to follow the cycles of the moon, or you can simply follow your body's intuition ♥

This course will be delivered to you via email over 12 weeks.

Each of the 12 emails will include the following:

  • an essential oil suggestion for the week
  • a 10-20 minute video meditation

Depending when you sign up for this course the emails may not match the moon cycles.
