The balance of the Crown Chakra depends on the harmonious flow of energy through the six chakras below it. Each chakra—from the Root (grounding and survival), Sacral (creativity and emotion), Solar Plexus (willpower and identity), Heart (love and compassion), Throat (truth and expression), to the Third Eye (intuition and insight)—builds the energetic foundation that supports the Crown.

In this class, we will work with the entire energetic system, encouraging the free flow of energy upward, culminating in the activation of the Crown.

This class will support you to:
